Digital Marketing Assistant

Minimum Certificate/ Vocational / Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience is preferred
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is pre-requisite
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to grammar and accuracy.
- Good writing skills, interview skills and familiar with content planning
- Good communication, interpretation, and observation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
- Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to work independently with effective time management.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
- Must have own transport
- Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang and Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Participate in video shooting and planning
- Participate in website and social media platform content development
- Interpret copywriting/content briefs to understand project requirements
- Participate in team brainstorms, concepting sessions, and creative reviews.
- Develop clear and engaging content tailored for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Perform SEO keyword research, create search-friendly content, and monitor web traffic/engagement metrics to optimize performance regularly
- Shoot and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) for brand storytelling and promotions.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and design/editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere/CapCut).
