- To prepare, update and review weekly lead frame and Rack schedule base on customer order and forecast.
- To manage daily order processing and support customer order acknowledgement, price update, shipment arrangement effectively with minimal transport cost incurred.
- To coordinate and to monitor customer request and ensure scheduling planning to meet in place. Working closely with all related department to meet customers' requirements. To follow up with planner, production, and other related department on customer deliveries and shipments according to time schedule.
- To update delivery schedule to customer accordingly after review thru with planner.
- To prepare, follow up forecast from customer and update to related department for material planning.
- Responsible to check for customer outstanding PO and follow up with customer for new PO. And responsible to process customer new PO including update ERP Sales Order, Materials tracking records, and ERP SO closure.
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries through effective communication and negotiate with customer either in first delivery commitment or rescheduling purpose.
- To respond to customer politely and professionally as and when there is customer enquiries, including checking delivery status, weekly inventory status update.
- Responsible to coordinate and follow up with Planer, engineering and marketing in new projects, and new sample arrangement, and communicate with customer on the delivery status.
- Responsible to update new items, new items pricing, new customer registration. And responsible to communicate with new customer for special requirement on delivery, invoicing, packaging and etc. if there is any, for internal execution.
- Responsible to ensure new pricing in ERP and MTR is being updated on qtrly basis.
- Responsible to prepare quarterly new pricing and get approval before sending out to customer.
- To follow up and matching customer weekly consignment stock pulling schedule before month end invoice billing preparation.
- Follow up closely with Planner for those on hold disposition from daily inventory.
- To assists in monitoring ERP system.
- Responsible to conduct yearly customer satisfaction survey.
- Ensure on time delivery and commitment, and make decision if additional shipment arrangement needed to recover back log shipment.
- To perform as backup for shipping arrangement and follow up when required.
- Responsible to attend to all kind of Audit.
- To ensure daily work is compliance to ISO/IATF Quality System and to assist superior in sustaining department function to meet ISO/IATF quality system.
- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
