Key Account Manager
Dominant Enterprise Berhad Kluang Full-time
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in physical goods, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in furniture materials, building materials, or industrial products is preferred.
- Exposure to B2B or FMCG sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Lead and drive sales performance to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key market segments.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and distributors.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and direction to the sales team.
- Collaborate with management on business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
