Site Supervisor

Rasma M&E Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Rasma Corporation Sdn Bhd). We are looking for skilled employee nationwide to join our expanding team and contribute to exciting projects.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate M&E installation works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E installation works at site.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Verify all materials delivered meet Purchase Order requirements and are in good condition.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and activities; prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Identify and report cost-impacting issues (variations, omissions, additional works).
• Ensure shop drawings are approved prior to installation and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Clients on technical/site matters.
• Enforce site safety compliance at all times.
• Assist in site measurement, progress tracking, and progress claim documentation.
• Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for ACMV systems (chillers, AHU, FCU, pumps, cooling towers).
• Coordinate supplier-led user training for clients and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or ACMV-related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in M&E / ACMV site works.
• Able to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Basic understanding of ACMV systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, etc.).
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing site activities.
• Strong awareness of site safety practices.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently on-site.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
• Knowledge in electrical (ACMV) systems and control systems will be an added advantage.
