Marketing Coordinator

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including funnel design, audience targeting, and channel positioning
- Create and execute structured marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Build and manage a scalable customer database system, including CRM setup, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management
- Design and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies (e.g. email automation, retargeting campaigns, content funnels)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, funnel drop-off) and optimize accordingly
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and qualification of leads to maintain data integrity
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and consistent execution
- Establish and enforce marketing processes, including campaign briefs, reporting frameworks, and regular performance reviews
- Optimize channel strategies, including localized marketing approaches and trust-building initiatives
- Plan and execute marketing events (e.g. seminars, webinars), and continuously improve attendance and engagement rates
- Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to position the company as the preferred local distributor through strong differentiation (e.g. service quality, support, case studies, reviews)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing management
- Proven ability to develop structured marketing strategies with clear funnel and conversion logic
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization
- Solid experience in CRM systems, database management, segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows
- Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes
- Ability to define and apply Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and audience segmentation strategies
- Good understanding of multi-channel marketing and positioning strategies, especially in service or distributor-based businesses
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, with ability to build structured processes and reporting systems
- Experience in event marketing, including planning, promotion, and performance improvement
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
