- Demonstrate proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Communication, Closing Techniques, and Negotiation.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work fulltime at the onsite location in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
- Eagerness to learn and apply sales strategies to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and social selling, targeting potential clients within the Malaysian market.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points, tailoring sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively address their specific business challenges.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales revenue and tracking progress against targets using CRM software.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations, establishing trust and credibility to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations, clearly articulating the value proposition of the company's products or services and negotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the company.
