Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of HR & Admin working experience in Malaysia
- Candidates with automotive industry experience are preferred
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Handle full recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain labour contracts and employee records
- Handle statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO and EIS
- Support employee relations and HR compliance mattersAssist in foreign worker/employment pass related matters
- Oversee daily office administration and office supplies management
- Coordinate meetings, filing and documentation management
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
