Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accounting or a relevant professional qualification.
- Fluency in multiple languages is essential, including Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

- Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare full sets of accounts, encompassing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Taxation. Conduct Balance Sheet (BS) analysis on a monthly basis to provide insights into our financial position.
- Record Management and Reconciliation: Ensure all accounting records are accurately updated and reconciled within the system, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Tax Compliance: Review and prepare for tax estimate revisions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and optimizing our tax position.
- Accounts Payable Management: Efficiently process supplier invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring proper documentation to facilitate timely payments.
- Vendor Relations: Manage the payment schedule and ensure timely payments to vendors, fostering strong relationships and maintaining a reliable supply chain.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely entries to reflect all financial transactions.
- Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare monthly journal entries to accurately record financial activities and adjustments.
- Overdue Invoice Management: Report on overdue invoices, initiate the collection process, and generate reminders for overdue accounts, minimizing financial risk.
- Ad-hoc Support: Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
