Objective

The Campaign & Content Senior Executive is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns & content strategies to achieve business objectives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality, timely, and effective delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

The Senior Executive collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to bring strategic ideas to life.

Position Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
  • Owns end-to-end execution of assigned marketing campaigns and content projects.
  • Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of content across all marketing touchpoints (including digital, social media, CRM, paid & owned media).
  • Coordinates with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Tracks campaign performance and provides actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign success
  • Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure transparency and accountability in project timelines while actively seeking feedback, adapting to changes, and continuously learning to enhance skills and performance.
Job Authorities
  • Authority to represent ZUS Coffee in agency and vendor discussions and meetings related to campaign execution and content development.
  • Responsible for monitoring campaign budgets to ensure alignment with approved spending limits.
Qualification & Experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies is preferred.
  • Experience managing content or campaigns on Xiaohongshu is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign mechanics, and execution processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required.
  • Execution-driven, proactive, and high attention to detail.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and agility to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Solution-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who can lead execution timelines and ensure accountability.
