Language Requirement: Excellent in Mandarin and good of English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension

• Education level : SPM and above
• Candidates with B2B/ B2C sales experience will have added advantage

• Customer Communication – Communicate with customers in a professional manner via phone, email, or chat platforms, using Mandarin to respond to inquiries and provide support.
• Issue Resolution – Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues by offering accurate and timely solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction Enhancement – Actively listen to customer needs to ensure a pleasant service experience and improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Record Keeping and Documentation – Accurately document customer interactions, case progress, and outcomes to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Internal Coordination – Collaborate with other departments such as technical support, logistics, or sales when necessary to ensure customer issues are properly resolved.
• Compliance with Procedures and Standards – Adhere to the company’s customer service guidelines, communication procedures, and relevant policies to maintain professional service standards.
• Customer Follow-Up – Conduct follow-ups on unresolved issues or complaints to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Multitasking Under Pressure – Remain calm and adaptable while handling high call volumes and managing multiple customer needs efficiently.
