Admin Assistant / Office Assistant
CHEC Construction (M) Sdn Bhd Project Site Ampang Jaya
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Admin Assistant to manage our site office operations and facilities for the project base camp. You will be responsible for ensuring the office, logistics, and staff accommodation run smoothly on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office & Facilities Management: Maintain daily site office facilities, oversee cleanliness, and manage office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Logistics & Driver Management: Coordinate and manage the site driver team schedules, vehicle arrangements, and logistics support.
- Security & Hostel Management: Oversee site/office security protocols and manage company hostel accommodations for staff (maintenance, utilities, and check-ins).
- Event & Inspection Support: Assist in coordinating site inspections by authorities and managing logistics/arrangements for visitor VIP visits.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Management.
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, site office, or facilities management (experience in construction/infrastructure projects is a strong advantage).
- Active, organized, and capable of handling multiple operational tasks on the ground.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus to coordinate with internal management).
- Possess own transport and willing to work at the Klang site office.
