作为一名 Brand Manager 课程产品体验负责人,你将统筹整个课程的前、中、后流程,确保每一位学员都能有专业、贴心、值得推荐的学习体验。
你会对接讲师与助教、管理课程节奏、协调现场细节,同时也承担为学员创造高级体验的关键任务。

As a Brand Manager (focus Customer Experience), you will oversee the entire pre-, during-, and post-course process to ensure every participant enjoys a professional, thoughtful, and highly recommended learning experience.You’ll coordinate with instructors and teaching assistants, manage the course flow, handle on-site logistics, and play a key role in creating a premium experience for our learners.
At the same time, we are a company focused on corporate management education and consulting. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with business owners and professionals from various industries, and even grow into a course host or internal trainer, building your own personal brand.

- 熟悉活动流程、课程安排、客户沟通与场地协调。
- 擅长时间管理、人际沟通与问题处理,能独立主持。
- 注重细节、执行力强、责任感高,客户感谢中获得成就感。
- 热爱学习,乐于接触企业管理与教育行业知识
- 中文能力佳,因为我们平时团队沟通与客户服务以中文为主。
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or client experience management, preferably with a background in education, training programs, or corporate events
- Familiar with event workflows, course scheduling, client communication, and venue coordination
- Strong in time management, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to independently host or facilitate sessions
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and gain satisfaction from delivering service that earns client appreciation
- Passionate about learning, and interested in topics such as corporate management and education
- Proficient in Chinese, as we mainly communicate and serve clients in Chinese
