Work closely with HR Business Partners to support multiple business units within the organization.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and handle administrative tasks.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, including training and leave data.
- Verify employee details for reference checks and coordinate exit interviews.
- Manage the e-learning platform and organize internal and external training sessions.
- Handle applications and claims for training grants under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
- Maintain and update training systems with accurate records.
- Conduct post-training evaluations, compile feedback, and propose enhancements for future sessions.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative mindset with a strong interest and curiosity in HR functions.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and a high level of discipline and confidentiality.
- Availability for a minimum internship duration of 5 months is preferred.
