Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
- No colour blind
- Relevant experience in printing or label and packaging industry is a plus
- Relevant experience in developing manufacturing process flow is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate (eg. ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word) is required
- Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge in process creation
- Logical thinking in product development
- To assist Asst. Product Engineering Manager to ensure the Company goals /Team KPIs/ Quality/Environmental Policy are constantly progressing, implemented, and always maintained.
- To ensure the all-documented procedures set are implemented and always maintained.
- To liaise with Customer Service Team, Production Team, and Quality Assurance (QA) Team regarding customer requested sample preparation and production till approval of the sample.
- Work together with QA Team to liaise with customer; to initiate, investigate, recommend, or provide solution to non-conformity of a product or process.
- Work together with QA Team on supplier quality issue for improvement.
- Initiate sourcing, test and analyse on new product requirement requested by customer.
- To control customer provided product specification such as customer drawing.
- In charge of process creation, verify process and art no generation for project or product base item.
- Manage and ensure assigned task or project on track.
- Test and evaluate on new alternative material, ink, etc.
- Development QA matrix for assigned process or new product.
- Carry out on production Sample and Color Standard approval.
- Follow up closely on assigned task or project to ensure smooth production running.
- To provide adequate training to subordinate.
- To participate in all quality, environmental or any activities organized by company.
- Shall undertake other jobs assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.
