Project Management Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios in cross-functional, global environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI).
  • Able to work Indonesia Work hours.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing insights on portfolio health and strategic alignment.
  • Support and guide project managers across departments, enabling successful delivery of programs.
  • Facilitate project prioritization processes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the PMO roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement and maturity.
  • Drive governance and compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management and communication strategies tied to key initiatives.
  • Evaluate tools and systems to enhance project tracking and reporting.
  • Role will work closely with Service Portfolio Manager and Project Portfolio Manager
