Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with a focus on both hardscape and softscape elements.
- Exhibit proficiency in hardscape installation techniques, including but not limited to paving, retaining walls, and water features.
- Demonstrate experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for landscape projects.
- Possess strong budget management skills, with the ability to develop and monitor project budgets effectively.
- Exhibit excellent client communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project updates and address client concerns.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of landscape construction principles and practices, including grading, drainage, and planting techniques.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all landscape work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Provide effective team leadership, including the ability to motivate, train, and supervise a team of landscape professionals.
- Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Reporting to Site Engineer /Project Manage
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hardscape and softscape projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians and laborers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement landscape designs, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement of materials and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards on all project sites.
