Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Oversee workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
- Manage on-site renovation works & project timeline
- Serve as the main point of contact between management, clients, and the workforce.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
