Senior, Software QA (Selenium, Java)

What you'll do: As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will immerse yourself in the full spectrum of quality assurance activities essential for delivering a next-generation Insurance Platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve establishing reliable automation frameworks that underpin efficient software delivery cycles.
- Establish scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks for complex insurance platforms.
- Design and script automated tests focusing on data management and reusability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure tests align with business requirements.
- Generate detailed test reports for stakeholder insights.
- Analyze and communicate defects for prompt resolution.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies with quality assurance insights.
- Utilize tools like BrowserStack, Postman, JMeter, and JIRA for testing.
- Engage in API automated testing for robust system integration.
- Use database querying to validate data integrity.
- Be open to international travel for collaboration and project milestones.
Experience with API testing equips you to validate integrations critical for modern insurance platforms.
- 7+ years of prior experience as an Automation Tester. 4+ years of prior experience with Selenium Webdriver (Java). Experience in Java programming
- 3+ years of prior experience with API Automated testing via user interfaces and APIs. Experience in using BrowserStack, Postman and JMeter preferred
- Experience in Insurance is preferred. Experience in database querying is preferred.
- Recent experience in Agile delivery.
- Understanding of IT project delivery and agile /DevOps methodologies
- Strong test automation design skills. JIRA skills
- Attention to details. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business requirements in detail.
