• Familiarity with different automation frameworks including Page Object Model (POM), TestNG or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) will be highly beneficial.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies is important for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams focused on iterative delivery.
• Experience working with test management tools such as ALM or Jira is necessary for tracking progress and managing defect lifecycles efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse system requirements and design specifications in order to build robust automated test cases is crucial for success.
• Knowledge of policy transactions, workflow audits, forms inference processes within insurance platforms would further strengthen your candidacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are needed for effective collaboration with QA analysts, developers, business users and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
