Business Development Executive

• You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the HQ team to facilitate branch openings, coordinate purchasing needs, and help maintain efficient workflows across the company.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with good budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver and able to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel between HQ and branch sites.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch openings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and local businesses.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to promote new branches.
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and competitors.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, roadshows, and outreach programs.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential partners and sponsors.
• Track sales leads and pipeline development to meet branch growth targets.
• Support branch managers during launch phases to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
