Sales Advisor

Minimum SPM qualification & above

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience as a Sales Advisor is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain product knowledge to recommend suitable items to customers
• Assist customers in locating requested products
• Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Answer phone calls courteously and efficiently
• Unpack store deliveries and attach price tags to products
