- Process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice records, both physically and digitally.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and resolve invoice-related issues efficiently.
- Skills Required: Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discounts are applied in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes to confirm receipt of goods or services and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation in both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to address invoice-related inquiries, resolve payment issues, and ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies in invoices or payment processes to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution.
