Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
  • Generate invoices for clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software for bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other balance sheet account reconciliations under the supervision of senior accounting staff.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports by gathering and organizing relevant data.
  • Process and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors/clients to resolve discrepancies and answer queries related to billing and payments.
