Warehouse Logistics Supervisor
Rainbow Distribution Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in warehouse, retail or merchandising field
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work in TTDI
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Sat (9am to 1pm)
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Ensure reliability and consistency of Incoming & Outgoing arrangement, analyze, and fulfill internal, external stakeholder request.
- Achieve sufficient inventory level via on-time incoming collection and ensure inventory movement efficiency.
- Responsible on all vehicle and driver related matter, such as cleanliness, maintenance, and driving behavior.
- Assist on the whole warehouse operations to ensure task completion target achieve.
- Co-ordination with other teams or departments on daily operational activity.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed.
- Continuous improvement of incoming, outgoing process, task, and route planning with the team to achieve department objective.
- Periodically Review and refine daily operations with supervisor to increase effectiveness and productivity.
- Initiate safety and security to minimize safety related incidents of the warehouse department.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
