Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT department.

Responsibilities

As an IT Intern, you will work under the guidance of the IT Manager and assist in various aspects of IT operations, including but not limited to:

• Supporting ongoing IT projects with research, documentation, and coordination tasks
• Helping monitor IT system performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Participating in quality assurance, data protection, and cybersecurity-related activities
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from users to recommend IT improvements
• Supporting infrastructure setup and ensuring system functionality

• Gain insight into IT strategy development and execution
• Exposure to IT project management and business-technology alignment
• Develop understanding of IT infrastructure, system design, and performance evaluation
• Improve communication and teamwork skills in a corporate setting

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or related fields
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and industry trends
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
