We are seeking a passionate and driven E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform while supporting digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales and strengthen brand presence.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and creative, with a solid understanding of both e-commerce operations and marketing strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, executing campaigns, and optimising our digital presence to enhance performance and engagement.
E-Commerce Website Management:
- Manage and maintain the Mossery e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
- Monitor website performance, load times, and functionality, and address issues promptly.
- Implement and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and appealing product displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and manage promotions, campaigns, and sales events.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor product demand and restock products as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Implement features and processes that improve the overall customer shopping experience.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Data Analytics:
- Utilise data analytics tools and platforms to gain insights into website performance and customer behavior.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations for e-commerce strategy enhancement.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads).
- Coordinate campaign timelines and content uploads on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all marketing content on the website is up-to-date and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
- Assist in performance tracking of marketing activities through analytics
E-Commerce Trends and Innovations:
- Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the e-commerce space.
- Research and propose new features or tools to enhance the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency with e-commerce content management systems (Shopify, Etsy, Shopee) and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of web development and digital marketing principles.
- At least 3 years working experience.
