About the Role:

We are a general practice (GP) clinic looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role goes beyond the traditional “clinic assistant” position — you will play an important part in both front-line patient services and behind-the-scenes clinic administration.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in healthcare, administration, or accounting is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and responsibility.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel; experience with clinic software is a plus).
  • Assist doctors in daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient service.
  • Communicate effectively with patients in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a must).
  • Manage appointments, patient records, and billing systems accurately.
  • Support clinic administration, including stock management, licensing renewals, and regulatory documentation.
  • Contribute to basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Assist in coordinating clinic outreach, marketing, and community health engagement activities.
