Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemistry, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates eager to launch a career in production and process engineering.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities, with a logical and analytical approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on findings.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to interpret production metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks.
- A proactive attitude towards leadership development and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and contributing to shared goals.
- Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing processes and technologies within a dynamic production setting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production lines, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis of production issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the collection and analysis of production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of small-scale projects related to production optimization or new product introductions.
- Ad-hoc assignment from Superior from time to time.
