As a Senior Staff Industrial Engineer, you'll spearhead operational efficiency and master cost-optimization across personnel and capital resources.
the job.- Lead and provide technical guidance to the IE engineering team.
- Utilize DMAIC methodologies to identify efficiency gaps and implement process improvements.
- Establish annual manufacturing standards and KPIs (OEE, UPH, MMO).
- Maintain and optimize the basic IE database, including standards for labor, material usage factors, and cycle times.
- Collaborate with Operations, Resource Planning, and Finance to ensure buy-in for new standards and cost-reduction targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in work studies, plant layout, material standards, and headcount modeling.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and standard PC applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
