Fluency in Mandarin, written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

  • Minimum Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification required.
  • Ability to work onsite in rotational shift (Day Shift only).

  • Must possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Capability to learn and adapt quickly to new information, processes, and technologies related to customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues and trends to the management team, providing valuable insights for process improvement and service enhancement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service knowledge base and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
