Candidates possess Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management.

Able to work with minimum supervision and multitasking.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Purchasing Executive in the Manufacturing field.
Fluent in MANDARIN (spoken and written) as this role required to deal with colleagues and vendors from China.
Experience in sourcing material from overseas vendors.
Able to read technical drawings.
Responsible for all aspects of the procurement process from sourcing, negotiating to finalizing orders.
Generate Purchase Orders from the MRP system and ensure the goods/ materials/ services are delivered on time.
Maintain Approved Vendor List and continuously monitor the vendor’s performance.
Analyse vendor’s quotation and proposals by comparing the price, terms, quality and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with Company’s Purchasing Policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Work closely with Production and QC teams to achieve operation efficiencies and participate in process improvement initiatives
