• Source and compare suppliers to ensure best value in pricing, reliability, and service.
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and delivery timelines.
• Raise internal e-Purchase Orders (e-PO) and manage e-invoicing processes accurately
• and on time.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.
• Keep supplier records and databases updated and accurate.
• Support inventory tracking and recommend stock optimisation where needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth procurement processes.
• Promote good purchasing practices and cost-conscious choices across departments.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
