- Background: 3+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing or Brand Management. Experience in Sports, Consumer Electronics, or Wearables is highly preferred.
- Collaboration: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of coordinating multi-departmental resources.
- Result-Oriented: Data-sensitive with a focus on ROI and the ability to drive sales through integrated marketing.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Malaysian media landscape and sports market trends.
- Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
- Annual Planning & Calendar Management Develop the annual marketing calendar based on local consumer behavior (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Hari Raya, Marathon seasons). Ensure marketing schedules are highly synchronized with product launch cycles and inventory levels.
- Product GTM & Cross-functional Orchestration Lead the end-to-end GTM (Go-to-Market) process for annual products and major marketing projects. Act as a cross-functional bridge: Align and synchronize information across departments (Product, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Offline Sales, and Finance) to ensure feasibility and resource maximization.
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) & Content Distribution Drive IMC strategies to enhance brand awareness, "break the circle," and build consumer mindshare in the MY/SG markets. Build a Brand Media Center: Consolidate and repurpose marketing assets to strengthen the brand's association with running and healthy lifestyles. Oversee daily operations of social media channels (FB/IG/TikTok) to support channel marketing and sales conversion.
- Performance & ROI Accountability Take ownership of marketing outcomes: Track and analyze campaign data, focusing on ROI and conversion rates. 2 / 10 Deliver regular post-campaign reports and drive strategy adjustments through data-driven insights.
