Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales support
  • Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin (spoken & written) for client communication
  • Experience in quotation preparation and purchase order processing is an advantage
  • Computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to attend virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams / Google Meet)
  • Must have own transport

Job Description:

  • Attending and responding to customer enquiries promptly (email / phone / WhatsApp / WeChat)
  • Understanding customer requirements and technical testing standards
  • Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and timely
  • Sourcing equipment, testing machines, materials, and outsourced testing services (local & overseas)
  • Coordinating procurement, shipment, and delivery arrangements
  • Following up closely with customers to secure and confirm orders
  • Supporting sales team in achieving monthly targets
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining ISO documentation and sales records
