Customer Support Engineer

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales support
- Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin (spoken & written) for client communication
- Experience in quotation preparation and purchase order processing is an advantage
- Computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to attend virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams / Google Meet)
- Must have own transport
Job Description:
- Attending and responding to customer enquiries promptly (email / phone / WhatsApp / WeChat)
- Understanding customer requirements and technical testing standards
- Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and timely
- Sourcing equipment, testing machines, materials, and outsourced testing services (local & overseas)
- Coordinating procurement, shipment, and delivery arrangements
- Following up closely with customers to secure and confirm orders
- Supporting sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Maintaining ISO documentation and sales records
