Scope: Credit Card Support & Other Products
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card services, including transactions, statements, card features, and account issues.
  • Provide support on additional banking or financial products as assigned.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to all internal service standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
