Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)

Possess at least a SPM certification

• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in English & Mandarin language to effectively communicate with customer
• Willing to work in rotational shift 24/7
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not always required
• Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery.
