• Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

• Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized attention and support to meet their unique needs.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
• Utilize applicable system automation and business solution software to enhance classroom management and administrative tasks.
• Qualifications:
• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, a passion for collaborative teamwork, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot and find alternative solutions when faced with new challenges.

• Curriculum Development & Implementation: Design and lead dynamic individual and group activities that stimulate the development of children’s motor, cooperative, and social skills, building their confidence and fostering a deeper understanding of the world around them.
• Language & Communication Skills: Encourage language development through captivating storytelling, imaginative role-play, musical expression, rhythmic activities, and engaging informal conversations and discussions.
• Creative Expression: Guide children in activities that unlock their creative potential through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical fitness, nurturing their self-expression and imagination.
• Observation & Assessment: Diligently observe children to evaluate their progress, identify their strengths, and detect any signs of developmental, emotional, or health-related concerns, ensuring their well-being and optimal development.
• Health & Safety: Monitor and assess the nutritional health, welfare, and safety needs of each student, proactively identifying any factors that may hinder their progress and collaborating with relevant parties to address these needs effectively.
• Supervision & Care: Provide attentive supervision to children, ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where they can thrive and develop positive relationships.
