[ref. p35001] Preschool Assistant Principal

Working days: Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays (half day)

Time: 7:45am to 5.30pm

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an additional advantage.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as preschool teacher or at least 1 year experience as preschool principal
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Have strong knowledge of syllabus, operation, basic computing skills and phone application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage teachers and overall centers operations.
• Draw up the time table and guide teachers to prepare lesson plans for all levels.
• Coordinate holiday programmes, enrichment programmes, extracurricular activities, graduation, sports day, concert.
• Handle parents expectations and build good rapport with them.
• Handle new students enquiries.
• Manage complaints and provide solutions and improvements points
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
