Job Description:
- Communicate with hiring departments to understand position requirements and develop recruitment plans
- Draft and post job advertisements; manage recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from interviewers
- Handle background checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding process
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency
- Handling payroll for expatriate employees
- Support various ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, with familiarity in recruitment platforms and channels
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and responsible
- Proficient in office software and recruitment systems (e.g., Excel, job platforms)
- Chinese proficiency is a plus, especially for international or bilingual positions
