We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will drive our digital presence across social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms while ensuring timely customer engagement.

You will also collaborate closely with our retail outlet teams and influencers/KOLs to create engaging content that resonates with our customers.

Customer Engagement:

• Oversee and ensure timely replies to customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms, WhatsApp, and email.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Develop and manage creative, relevant, and on-brand content for social media in collaboration with retail outlet staff and influencers/KOLs.

SEO Management:

• Implement SEO strategies to optimize the company’s websites for higher search engine rankings and better user experience.

E-commerce & Marketplace Oversight:

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce store and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to drive online sales and customer satisfaction.
