E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic E-commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to

support our growing brand. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with basic

experience who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of online business and digital marketing.

You’ll work on a variety of tasks including content creation, product management, and running

online campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

E-commerce & Marketing Tasks:

• Upload, update, and manage products on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Website).
• Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Monitor product stock and sales performance using Excel.
• Schedule and upload social media content.
• Assist in designing simple promotional materials using Canva.
• Assist with email marketing and online advertising campaigns.
• Support photoshoots, marketing events, or sales booths when needed.
• Open to fresh graduates; some prior experience is a bonus
• Based in or near Shah Alam, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Willing to work on weekends or extended hours during events or pop-up booth operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Canva, and various social media platforms.
• Tech-savvy, well-organized, and quick to learn new systems or tools.
• Responsible, proactive, and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Basic experience with Shopee Seller Centre or online platforms.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Google Ads, or email marketing tools.
• Basic design, photo/video editing, or creative skills.
