We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Consultant who is fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to a multilingual customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers in Tamil, Hindi, and English to understand their needs.
• Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all offerings to provide tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain a database of client information.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, marketing activities, and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on weekends or rotational shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Indian or South Asian clientele in Malaysia.
• Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
