Renowned for their stability and market-leading presence across various industries, they are now entering an aggressive growth phase within the real estate sector.They are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to oversee the commercial success of their upcoming premium residential and commercial portfolio.
about the job- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, buyer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the property sector.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and viewing to negotiation and final closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a premium customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and purchasers, utilizing CRM tools to nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the property development industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets for mid range residential or commercial projects.
- Must possess own transport, with a willingness to travel regularly between the Corporate HQ and various project sites/sales galleries.
