As a Senior Operation Executive, you will manage the essential link between sales activities and logistics fulfilment. Your role is to ensure that all administrative and operational workflows are executed accurately to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and inventory integrity.
key responsibilities:
- Sales Documentation: Handle the preparation of quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Inventory Liaison: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability meets order requirements.
- Records Management: Maintain up-to-date sales, inventory, and customer databases.
- Sales Support: Assist management with daily reporting and sales-related administrative tasks.
- Customer Inquiry: Manage incoming enquiries via phone and walk-in visits.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager. The team operates in a collaborative environment where you will act as the primary coordinator between the sales department and warehouse operations. The role offers a transition from a corporate office setting to a more integrated site experience following the upcoming office relocation.
