- Required to travel outstation frequently (within Malaysia) for dealer visits, sales support, and event participation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Driven, dynamic and result oriented
- Good Written and Spoken Mandarin and Malay
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with baby product dealers and retailers.
- Present and promote Samu Giken baby and mother care products (e.g., breast pumps, strollers, cots, UV boxes) to dealers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, product proposals, and samples to prospective dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and reorder needs to ensure consistent product supply.
- Conduct product training sessions for dealer sales staff when necessary.
- Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitor activities, customer feedback) and report to management.
- Participate in baby expos and dealer events
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
