Job Responsibilities:
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Knowledge of networking, Windows/Mac systems, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience with Lark
- Experience with Microsoft entra, intune.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi).
- Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments is an advantage.
