Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and office productivity tools.

Job Summary
The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications across all companies within the EHH Group. This role ensures smooth, secure, and efficient business operations, including maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and user support.The IT Executive also ensures compliance with data security, regulatory requirements, and company IT policies while supporting digital initiatives and process improvements across the group.
Key Responsibilities- IT Infrastructure & Systems
- Maintain and support servers, computers, laptops, and other IT hardware across all EHH Group companies.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, applications, and operating systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure secure, stable connectivity.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to staff across all group companies for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct basic IT training for employees on system usage, cybersecurity, and company IT policies.
- Respond promptly to IT-related queries, issues, and service requests.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including antivirus, firewalls, and access controls.
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT standards.
- Monitor and prevent potential cybersecurity threats.
- Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Recommend and implement technology upgrades and process improvements across the group.
- Assist in digitalization projects, including ERP, inventory, and logistics systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for system enhancements.
