You will assist the finance department in various tasks, including financial analysis, data entry, claims, and preparing financial quotations/reports. Gain practical experience in areas such as bookkeeping, and financial management, while contributing to the overall financial operations of the organization.

• Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Create and review sales invoices, ensure accuracy and match for payments
• Daily entry of financial transactions in accounting system accurately and timely
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable function
• Provide accounting and clerical support
• Assist with recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
• Managing and reviewing employee expense claims to process reimbursements
• Support office admin operations for all accounting and finance related tasks
• Contact delinquent accounts
• Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related Financial / Accounting major
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
