Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in client relationship management or a related role within the healthcare/medical industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare/medical industry landscape and market dynamics in Malaysia.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and achieving business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients within the healthcare sector, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and requirements to proactively identify opportunities for DSF Star Ventures Sdn. Bhd. to provide value-added solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and explore potential areas for service expansion or improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor client account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to demonstrate the value and impact of DSF Star Ventures Sdn. Bhd.'s services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and increased client retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and proactively addressing any potential risks or issues.
  • Represent DSF Star Ventures Sdn. Bhd. at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential clients and promoting the company's brand and services.

Competitive basic salary (RM2,200 – RM2,800 depending on experience)
