Account Executive

• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in using SQL accounting software and invoicing procedures.
• Proficient in accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices within the Accounting / Tax Services industry.
• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin, both written and verbal.
• This is a part-time job which requires the account executive to work from home and on-site once a week only.
• Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and principles.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including costing sheets, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Handle E-invoicing processes and Sales & Service Tax (SST) payments in a timely manner.
• Update SQL accounting software to efficiently process bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
• Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and explanations as required.
